Your entry ticket for your chosen Universal ticket option will be picked up at the Will Call Kiosks at Universal Florida Resort. If you have any issues at the Will Call Kiosk, go to the nearby Guest Services Desk with your Universal Confirmation Number and photo ID.
Be sure to download the separate brightline train ticket vouchers before you travel.

Depart from Downtown West Palm Beach early in the morning on Brightline – Florida's new high-speed train connecting West Palm Beach with Orlando. Enjoy reserved seating with plenty of leg room, and easy check-in. Sit back and enjoy charging ports at every seat, free Wi-Fi, and food and beverages for purchase.
Return ticket also included.
